The Founders of ParticiPaid

Christian Simanek

By supporting an orphanage in Kathmandu for a few years, Christian has been inspired to do aid work more effectively by helping various managers of such do-good projects at the same time. He was thrilled by the idea of having a much bigger leverage effect of his own contribution being clearly focussed on founding ParticiPaid together with Marie, but also of involving a fast growing community of people across the world who would like to do good as well.
Christian has German nationality and is living in Bavaria. He is holding a doctorate degree in law and master degrees in real estate economy and in mediation. During his professional career he has worked in various national and pan-European management positions in the real estate investment sector of a Swiss bank, of a German insurance company and within an international consultancy.
